Two Link stations in Shoreline. 185th St station has more affordable housing nearby. Mostly older condos and small houses. Good selection of townhouses if you stretch to $475k. Quieter suburban feel, 20 min to downtown.

Angle Lake station is the southern Link terminus. Surprisingly affordable condo stock. Area is mostly residential near the airport. Angle Lake park is nice in summer. ~35 min to downtown but trains are frequent.

Two transit options โ Link station plus Sounder commuter rail. Tukwila has some townhouses and older condos in your price range. Not the most walkable neighborhood but transit access is excellent. Also close to the International District for great food.
